SECTION 1 – FRESHNESS & SUBSTITUTION POLICY (Crucial for Florists)

  • Perishable Nature: You acknowledge that flowers are perishable natural products. Appearance, color, and size may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to seasonal availability and lighting.

  • Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute flowers, greenery, or containers with items of equal or higher value if the original items are unavailable. We will maintain the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.

SECTION 2 – DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Accuracy of Info: You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact number. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Delivery Windows: While we strive for "1-hour urgent delivery," you acknowledge that delivery times may be affected by external factors including, but not limited to, heavy traffic, extreme weather, or road closures in the KL/PJ area.

  • Redelivery: If the recipient is not present and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, a redelivery fee may apply.

SECTION 3 – CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched.

  • Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 4 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., wilted flowers). Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

SECTION 4 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
